Overall good service, delivery was off by a day and expensive but great products and easy to navigate website.
Ordered multiple items, but 2 items were cancelled days afterwards (email came in 3 days afterwards) due to no stock without any immediate warning. Very annoyed that I did not receive my full order list especially as it was a limited edition set!

Brilliant item perfectly described and really prompt delivery too.
I buy one item of shoes and you said until 28 April they will be here. Now it's 5 May and I don't have shoes for my league

Received a pair of goalkeeper gloves where the box was ripped so had already been opened and the gloves were damaged

I ordered a Liverpool 20/21 Goalkeeper Home Shirt for a friend, only to realize that he already has the shirt.Hence, I wrote in to request a cancellation of order. I sent in the email shortly after I've ordered the shirt and despite sending in repeated emails and attempting to talk to them in person, the order was still despatched.WHAT IS THE POINT OF GETTING US TO CONTACT YOU GUYS TO REQUEST FOR A CANCELLATION WHEN YOU GUYS ARE NOT EVEN GOING TO REPLY ME IN TIME!!!!!!!
Item turned up and the box was smashed to pieces, surprised the boots were unaffected tbh.
